Fees

We offer very competitive charges. Our charges are based on an hourly rate for time used. For a partner, depending on the seniority of the partner, the size and complexity of the matter, a client would normally pay between £140.00 - £195.00 per hour (excluding VAT) and for assistant solicitors, the range is between £105.00 - £150.00 per hour (excluding VAT) On contentious matters we prefer to charge on the basis of the agreed hourly rate.

We do not undertake work on a contingency basis. On matters subject to the LMAA small claims, and GAFTA simple dispute procedures we may offer a fixed or capped fee arrangement. On non-contentious matters we can offer a fixed rate or a capped fee arrangement if it is preferred.
