We actively support and promote mediation as a means of dispute resolution in appropriate cases. We have extensive experience in resolving shipping and trade disputes, something which can be done at any stage of, or even before, litigation or arbitration commences.

In addition to our experience as solicitor advisers in mediations, one of our partners, Stephen Mills, is an active and experienced lead mediator with both CEDR-Solve and with Maritime Solicitors Mediation Services (MSMS) of which he is a co-founder.
